Text to speech was wonderful until most recent android. Keeps on crashing whenever pausing through connected Bluetooth devices like car or headset
Only good and reliable ereader app I know of that reads the prc palm format. And, yes, I still have books in that format that I don't want to re-buy in epub! I have this installed on all my android devices and am happy to support the developer with a donation.
The best ebook app specially for text to speech. However synchronization feature does not with for me and there is no explanation available for understanding the fix.
It's everything Kindle used to be (and wished it still was). Stable and works wonderfully.

It is rather uncommon for software to be the best among competitors during years. AlReader is the remarkable exception here.
Also no ads! Great job, worthy of donation to support developer. Wish list: (1) User manual in English; (2) Ability to download epubs stored on Dropbox and Gdrive from within app (like MoonReader); (3) Ability to customize the icons on top bar in Standard Mode; (4) A better icon --the icon with letter A and eyeglasses looks strange.
